Shipping Policy:

We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Below are the details about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before completing your order! Any errors in the address may cause delays.

Shipping Rates & Methods:

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Standard Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping options are available if you need your items faster.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after shipment.

Shipping Delays:

While we aim to ship all orders promptly, delays may happen due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, high order volume, or shipping carrier issues).

We recommend checking the status of your order using the tracking information. If your order seems delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will assist in any way we can.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for damage or loss once the package leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping Only:

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
